Cambridge Weight Plan - Day 1

So today is my second attempt at the Cambridge Weight Plan...

Breakfast - Strawberry shake.

Lunch - Banana shake.

Dinner - Mushroom omlette with lemon pepper and paprika to taste and a side salad of baby spinach and green pepper (Tastiest untasty meal I've ever had!!)

Supper - I plan on having a mint chocolate shake with hot water :-)

I will put up photos of my weight loss shortly and my measurements as soon as I have something to compare to!
